    @j_thompson757 @verizon I just switch to @GetSpectrum Mobile and they “Unlimited Data” is : 20 GB and your data slow down to the next ciclo

    @Ask_Spectrum no TV or wireless for laptop in Palm Springs. Tv receiver on "limited mode". Unplugged replugged router and cable box. Yet laptop shows medium signal strength.

    @Ask_Spectrum OMGosh!! I hate Spectrum customer service. They r robots who won’t work with a long time customer, 28yrs, to reduce her bill. #TWC wud work w you, compromise w you to keep us happy. Not any more, Spectrum does not know this. Very upset & discouraged. #DisabledTV👀

    @GetSpectrum my internet service didn’t work from the date of installation. Two months it has taken but finally fixed. Tech that came out said there was very poor to no signal to my line. Now because I don’t want to pay for time I couldn’t use it -my service is interrupted. #no

    @GetSpectrum is weak again. Wondering if there is anything that doesn’t keep dropping in the Coachella Valley? Or, can Spectrum step up the game? I never had problems 3 years ago; now, it is always unstable, dropping.

    I had @GetSpectrum but I never really watched TV and it ended up being more than I thought it would be. Was a little late returning the equipment to the store. Never got a bill for that. Went right to collections. I paid it in full. Now another collections agency is contacting

    @MeyerShankRac @GetSpectrum .@GetSpectrum is a professional liability. After "fixing" my internet last week, it repeatedly booted me from meetings with 3 CEOs & 2 podcasts. They jeopardized my credibility, wasted 7+ hours of my time with techs, and offered a $6 credit. Insulting. 🚮 #Spectrum #Fail

    @Ask_Spectrum for the last several weeks I have been having terrible service in the Patterson springs area. Turn off the router...use hot spot (t-mobile) 300mb download...I s/b @ 100-200 download speeds. Reset router...works well for a day, maybe.

    Spectrum touts commercials as the most reliable ever “if I didn’t have spectrum I can’t guarantee I’ll have internet” tv and internet down since 11PM. Estimate 1130AM fix. We should get a discount @GetSpectrum #trash #SpectrumDown
