    @Ask_Spectrum’s Internet is down in Burbank/Glendale. In reading the various tweets directed at them, customers seem to be trying for bill credits by tweeting that being without internet is “costing them money” (at 2AM). Again, they’re ‘tweeting’ this. Let that sink in. #Spectrum

    @Ask_Spectrum It would be awesome if you stopped mailing us at least weekly asking us to become a customer. People complain pretty regularly on our Facebook neighborhood page about your unreliable service. Better yet, sell your assets to @comcast and call it a day.

    @Ask_Spectrum I had a support chat where the agent interrupted me, ignored my schedule, created an appointment without consent, and refused multiple requests to escalate to a supervisor. I have screenshots. Requesting review + confirmation the appointment is canceled.

    Yo @Ask_Spectrum internet still ****** after I’ve replaced my equipment. Maybe try not to give people refurbished equipment and maybe get better customer support.

    @Ask_Spectrum Once again no internet service The bill is always on time, the service you don’t care. Professionals should take other option, outrages and issues are always present with Spectrum and customer services is just null.
