    Man didn’t realize how much internet speed difference there was between @GetSpectrum and @verizonfios Fios is way, way faster, for same “speed package” One day of having both, and I feel great that I am cancelling @GetSpectrum Plus they didn’t even care I wanted to cancel

    @yoabbaabba @GetSpectrum I’m really sorry to hear you had a bad experience with them. Where we live, we used to have Adelphia. Then it changed to Time Warner. And now it’s Spectrum. And for us, it’s much better now than it used to be. I hope you can get better service.

    @Ask_Spectrum Less than 20 hours later, internet service is gone again. Apologies are just excuses when you need to work but you can’t because the internet services company don’t give a **** about his service. If you don’t care your customers I do with mines. It just sucks.

    Just drops and disconnects everything. @Ask_Spectrum , service issues one in a while is fine. But everyday this week is ridiculous, this has been going on for weeks at this point, we've called, we've talked to customer service and nothing gets done. The service just gets repaired
