    @Ask_Spectrum internet service has been out since Wednesday I am told by functionaries there that it's because of too many people getting Spectrum and the system can't handle it in fact I can't get an appointment until next Sat, everyone please cancel Spectrum if possible

    @GetSpectrum Spectrum’s customer service reps all the way up to Tier 3 are completely unempowered. They have no way to escalate tickets based on customer needs. AVOID THIS company if you can. (Sadly I can’t)

    @Ask_Spectrum I sent you a direct message with the information requested please get someone quickly. I was told by spectrum that because of the new people that they are getting they can't handle the load so those who have been there the longest are losing service because of this

    Been having recurring internet drops on my Eero Mesh with Spectrum internet over the past several months (8 today so far) @Ask_Spectrum and @geteero support seem totally stumped (and have been trying hard to sort it) so I’m putting this out there in case anyone has solutions?

    What’s good @Ask_Spectrum ?? Hope my bill is prorated for the downtime I couldn’t use internet for my business at home AND at my actual office. You ever search yourselves on here? There are millions of tweets about how horrible spectrum internet is. Get it together.
