I just talked to spectrum and after getting to a third person, they admitted they are wrong. So frustrating when you call in and know more than the people you’re trying to tell what the problem is.

I called to see what’s up at 2:45, they told me 30mins and he would be here. Now they tried offering me $20 for my inconvenience. Seriously?!? Just going to cancel it

I have screenshots. Requesting review + confirmation the appointment is canceled.
