    @theipodteacher @GetSpectrum Dude. Zero reason you should be using spectrum equipment. Buy your own modem and router. Your speed and stability will be exponentially better.

    @Ask_Spectrum we still are experiencing service outage today. It was to be restored they said by 5. We still don’t have it and its 6:27.,

    @GetSpectrum yall ******* suck. Every day WiFi quits working for a bit and now it’s not working at all. What am I paying for if 75% of the time it’s not working. Yall have had techs change equipment and still the same thing always happens

    @GetSpectrum Well I don’t have that opportunity to DM it won’t allow. I live in Lawrenceville and none of the agents were able to help. They provided a $4 credit but that’s nothing when I have work to do and can’t in my home

    @GetSpectrum what a strange and rude policy. Modem died. Lights don't come on. Went through the steps and was told I need a new modem. But you won't let me get a modem because I have a past due balance. But I'm still being charged for the Internet I can't access. Really?
