    @GetSpectrum is honestly the worst. Always some type of issue on their end, and they think a simple “sorry” makes everything better.

    @Ask_Spectrum please get your crap together and fix the internet so we stop having outages. I wish AT&T had faster internet in our area, they sure were more reliable.

    @Ask_Spectrum I have the NHL Center Ice package. Games are only shown between channels 739 to 749. BUT - there are games on channels 750 to 754 that we canNOT watch. The channels show I haven’t paid & are locked. This is not due to blackouts. Please fix this. I’ve paid for this.

    @Ask_Spectrum Your canned response is pathetic. This isn’t about a trouble shooting issue. It’s on your end. You have channels locked that I’ve paid for. Ive already called twice and no one helps.

    @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum I’ve been waiting 25 minutes for your CSR to respond to my DM. Horrible customer service. I’d advise everyone NOT to get spectrum. My internet has been out for 19 hours with no ETA of service restoration!!

    @Ask_Spectrum @USAMagistra Her sister has a competing fiber company as her provider, I did a speed test recently when we visited, and it was literally the first time I ever did a speed test and got anywhere close to symmetrical. We have gig service with you and only get 36mbps up.

    @Ask_Spectrum Service and tech support are always helpful but unless you’re calling to establish service Spectrum’s customer service is beyond the worst. I’ll disconnect before dealing with them.

    Had @GetSpectrum come fix internet last week. Tech noticed I was billed $10 a month for router I don’t have. For over 5 years. Called Spectrum. We’ll take $10 off from now on. Give you $10 for last month. Her supervisor got it up to $120. Me: Call me back I am not happy

    @Ask_Spectrum .@Ask_Spectrum The service is finally back, but that doesn't fix the 7+ hours wasted or the 5 high-stakes calls your "fix" jeopardized. A $6 credit for that level of disruption is a joke. Is that really how you value a professional's time?

    ******* 1pm on a Saturday and my @GetSpectrum internet goes out. Its a daily occurrence. Lawmakers should really start looking at how bad this service is nationally for something that has become so essential like internet service

    @GetSpectrum Switching my Spectrum phone line after going no contact has been a nightmare. Every rep says something different, they messed up account names, needed extra documents, and still charged a card I asked to remove on an account tied to someone I’m avoiding. DAMN
