Get your ******* **** together @Ask_Spectrum. I had Cox for 3.5 years and literally never had one outage. Now it’s constant with y’all.

We’ll take $10 off from now on. Give you $10 for last month. Her supervisor got it up to $120. Me: Call me back I am not happy
