Mike Shaffer (@MikeShaffer425) reported@GetSpectrum new customer here, tech was supposed to be out between 11am and 12pm. It’s now 4:40 pm and nothing. I called to see what’s up at 2:45, they told me 30mins and he would be here. Now they tried offering me $20 for my inconvenience. Seriously?!? Just going to cancel it

Lori Asher (@Beachlolo) reported@Ask_Spectrum We have made all the changes to fix the Spectrum connection issues. There are glitches with the tv feed just stopping and squiggly lines distorting the picture. Audio and visual is not 100%.

Every rep says something different, they messed up account names, needed extra documents, and still charged a card I asked to remove on an account tied to someone I’m avoiding. DAMN
