    @Ask_Spectrum Not able to connect to streaming service. Code RLC-1000 says I am not connected to the internet, except internet is working fine. Reloaded app, reset modem & router, nothing seems to help.

    @Ask_Spectrum Been on hold for close to ten minutes and no sign of help. Several neighbors don’t have service and spectrum is no help.

    @Ask_Spectrum Service and tech support are always helpful but unless you’re calling to establish service Spectrum’s customer service is beyond the worst. I’ll disconnect before dealing with them.

    Yo @Ask_Spectrum internet still ****** after I’ve replaced my equipment. Maybe try not to give people refurbished equipment and maybe get better customer support.
