@MrJeraldD @GetSpectrum Seriously. The customer service rep told me I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do you have to pay it, even if you didn't use it. All I asked was to prorate it even if no service was used. They're horrible

@Ask_Spectrum @USAMagistra Her sister has a competing fiber company as her provider, I did a speed test recently when we visited, and it was literally the first time I ever did a speed test and got anywhere close to symmetrical. We have gig service with you and only get 36mbps up.
