  @StormChaser220 @NStewCBS2 @Tornado_Steejo I know Brian Davidson at TWC was using it a few years ago. I thought about getting one, not to stream, but to just have some better video capability as I usually chase solo. Cost became the issue though.

  @Xfinity customer support is an actual JOKE. I should have known when the most helpful representative I talked to was a guy in his socks that flirted with me at the Miller add store. If they didn’t monopolize my area I would 100% still be with @GetSpectrum

  Well the time have finally come for me to switch cellphone providers since @GetSpectrum don’t offer phone upgrades to longtime customers anymore. Pretty pathetic been with a company for years and this is the way they treat you. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! 😡🤬

  Had @GetSpectrum come fix internet last week. Tech noticed I was billed $10 a month for router I don’t have. For over 5 years. Called Spectrum. We’ll take $10 off from now on. Give you $10 for last month. Her supervisor got it up to $120. Me: Call me back I am not happy

  @GetSpectrum new customer here, tech was supposed to be out between 11am and 12pm. It’s now 4:40 pm and nothing. I called to see what’s up at 2:45, they told me 30mins and he would be here. Now they tried offering me $20 for my inconvenience. Seriously?!? Just going to cancel it

  @Ask_Spectrum so I’ve been spending hours trying to fix your service so it works correctly and no luck and I’ve complained on X here and whoa my service gets worse.
