    Dear @GetSpectrum, please stop absolutely bombarding my 84 year old mom with demands for payment. She is not conning you, she is a new customer and simply needed help getting her autopay and first bill paid. This is borderline harassment & not the way to treat a new customer.

    @Spectrum The BAP is pure speculation, & all the arguments people dream up in its support. The BAP is just another primitive way to add stigma to the tragedy of having a child who suffered neurological injury.

    @GetSpectrum when I pay for an APP for FOX10 you can’t block any of the channels. You didn’t have FOX channels when I had Spectrum TV and I could only watch on my IPad. You ********. You can’t last 7 days without going down. People just keep leaving you in my area. #Uverse.

    @Ask_Spectrum we have lost internet 3 times in 15 minutes. In Wichita Falls, TX. Currently completely down. Please advise if we have an area wide outage or technical issue.

    @Ask_Spectrum Is it really going to help this time? Because we’ve spent countless hours on the phone with tech support (I spent five and a half on just one call) and we are on our third box

    Just drops and disconnects everything. @Ask_Spectrum , service issues one in a while is fine. But everyday this week is ridiculous, this has been going on for weeks at this point, we've called, we've talked to customer service and nothing gets done. The service just gets repaired

    @GetSpectrum . Your service is ***, $80 a month for Internet that's slower than what I pay for and goes out at least once a month. Back to T-Mobile Internet I go..

    Well the time have finally come for me to switch cellphone providers since @GetSpectrum don’t offer phone upgrades to longtime customers anymore. Pretty pathetic been with a company for years and this is the way they treat you. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! 😡🤬
