    @UNLVphilly Thanks. I remember pretty clearly. Anyway, TWC could never accept sports tier from DTV or any Pay TV distributor because the model they used to justify paying the Dodgers so much was predicated upon the channel being on Basic+. Sports tier was never an option for TWC.

    @Ask_Spectrum When the F are you guys going to get your **** together? It seems service goes down every week!!! Never see any credits for the downtime but always raising the bills and the service gets worse!!

    @GetSpectrum new customer here, tech was supposed to be out between 11am and 12pm. It’s now 4:40 pm and nothing. I called to see what’s up at 2:45, they told me 30mins and he would be here. Now they tried offering me $20 for my inconvenience. Seriously?!? Just going to cancel it

    @Ask_Spectrum I had a support chat where the agent interrupted me, ignored my schedule, created an appointment without consent, and refused multiple requests to escalate to a supervisor. I have screenshots. Requesting review + confirmation the appointment is canceled.

    @Ask_Spectrum, for the last 2 weeks Marshalls does not show up when it's supposed to. Today, it's 60 minutes, but the menu says Marshalls. Please fix it.

    @Ask_Spectrum Can Spectrum suck any worse? No one at Spectrum technical support knows anything about its Internet Security Shield! The only control I have is to turn it ON/OFF. Ridiculous!

    @GetSpectrum how is your tech going to ring the INTERNET connected doorbell and expect us to answer the door when we called the tech to fix an INTERNET connectivity issue? Like come on? Then you force me to reschedule for ANOTHER 3 days out? We had people waiting for this fix!

    @GetSpectrum . Your service is ***, $80 a month for Internet that's slower than what I pay for and goes out at least once a month. Back to T-Mobile Internet I go..

    @MeyerShankRac @GetSpectrum .@GetSpectrum is a professional liability. After "fixing" my internet last week, it repeatedly booted me from meetings with 3 CEOs & 2 podcasts. They jeopardized my credibility, wasted 7+ hours of my time with techs, and offered a $6 credit. Insulting. 🚮 #Spectrum #Fail

    @Ask_Spectrum @USAMagistra I love how every other reply I see from you on my feed is damage control. I'm currently decently happy with Spectrum service here and not personally complaining, mainly because we don't use your ****** routers and I have full control over my local network. It's just funny
