Told me I was required to purchase an Apple TV box because you don’t have cable boxes anymore. After of months of buffering and your feud with @Roku — now I have no service.

Spent hours on the phone, escalated to corporate etc. Apparently decided $200 is worth more than a 5 year customer spending $250 a month.

Because I just had one out. That makes around 10 of them in 6 years. Still having the exact same issue too... Just pathetic service really.
