    During the biggest football game of the year, @GetSpectrum app on AppleTV is terrible. Switched to @YouTubeTV & seems to work great. Guess it’s time to make a switch & save some money! Now, we just need @YouTubeTV to get @hgtv and @AETV. Need my @OfficialLivePD!

    I am truly beside myself knowing how many idiots work for this company. 3 1/2 hours later a problem isn’t even solved and given the runaround by several employees without remorse. I don’t understand how your employees can function in society being this incompetent. @GetSpectrum

    @GetSpectrum I am a brand new customer, got cable/internet installed yesterday. The technician that did the install took MY modem which belongs to Continuum. I have been waiting since 1pm yesterday when you told me the technician would be back to my home within the hour. NOTHING

    @Ask_Spectrum I don’t need to DM. Your company is CRAP. You have to call to cancel but not call to use your own modem. You change to a monthly POS subscriptions and charge for services not rendered.

    6 hours and @GetSpectrum still can not locate the outage that has 100% of 6 roads with no service. They say in 48 hours they will come out. @ATT please bring fiber to Stanley, NC. @Ask_Spectrum sucks.

    @SpecNews1CLT @GetSpectrum has some piss poor customer service… to bad they buy lawyers and judges like all monopolies do. They need to be sued for causing the people that depend on their ****** service money. Never had any issues with @ATT fiber.

    @Ask_Spectrum I use spectrum for cable, cell service and internet. Cable has gotten too expensive so switching to Hulu and called to cancel cable today. Was told I’m 1 day into the billing period so have to pay for cable another 30 days - not pro-rated. Just absurd.

    @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum has to be THE WORST provider ever. No Internet since 9am. WA got hit harder than NC & no one lost services. You guys lose Internet in the slightest weather conditions. Holiday weekend this is F*cked up.

    @Ask_Spectrum I had a support chat where the agent interrupted me, ignored my schedule, created an appointment without consent, and refused multiple requests to escalate to a supervisor. I have screenshots. Requesting review + confirmation the appointment is canceled.

    Yo @Ask_Spectrum internet still ****** after I’ve replaced my equipment. Maybe try not to give people refurbished equipment and maybe get better customer support.

    @Ask_Spectrum Once again no internet service The bill is always on time, the service you don’t care. Professionals should take other option, outrages and issues are always present with Spectrum and customer services is just null.
