    @Ask_Spectrum, it appears from the range of tweets I see that a large part of your entire internet service network is down across the entire US. Any thought to sharing info to inform your customers of the issue? Your service is certainly dead in the 28086 zip.

    How wonderful, missed the entire Clash at @DISupdates because @Ask_Spectrum couldn’t get their channel guide right. Hands down the worst service I’ve ever had.

    @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum I’m really going to need you guys to figure out why I have to restart my internet every day, and why there is an outage at least once a week. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been dealing with this for over a YEAR now, AND I work from home. HELP ME.

    @GetSpectrum Your employees have given my 84-yr-old mother a ridiculous run-around and have been very rude. Seems to be a major communication problem among your departments, and a home phone transfer should not take 10 or more days. She is owed an apology & quick service!

    Spectrum Cable just sucks. No internet, cable or phone for at least 11 hours that I know of.......all over a very windy day & a few downed trees. Spectrum, get your shit together or else I go to DirecTV!

    When I wake at 4:30 AM and the internet is out, my #anxiety brain immediately thinks: Did the last bill payment not go through? What did I do wrong? Why did @Ask_Spectrum cut us off? I have to try harder and harder to be patient when the outage is still happening 4 hours later.😧

    @Ask_Spectrum Oh yeah & your OnDemand doesn't work either. Every time I go to open up HBO OnDemand, it gives me an "unavailable....please try again" message.

    @k1rallik @Lorjayzee6 @GetSpectrum raises their price anywhere between $5to $20 every few months. They tell you all the streaming apps are free but at the current constantly rising prices maintaining service is becoming untenable.

    @Ask_Spectrum I will say that the last time the service went down outside of our control was during Hurricane Helene. So I do consider myself to be very fortunate in that regard.

    Spectrum touts commercials as the most reliable ever “if I didn’t have spectrum I can’t guarantee I’ll have internet” tv and internet down since 11PM. Estimate 1130AM fix. We should get a discount @GetSpectrum #trash #SpectrumDown

    @Ask_Spectrum Service and tech support are always helpful but unless you’re calling to establish service Spectrum’s customer service is beyond the worst. I’ll disconnect before dealing with them.
