    @Ask_Spectrum it’s been at least 16 hours since we lost service....any updates for the Hickory NC area? It’s getting ridiculous. One bad storm and this long without. I hate to see what it’s going to do when the hurricane gets here...

    I’m fairly confident that everyone watching @disneyplus has something to do with the @GetSpectrum currently crashing every 5 minutes. My hats off to Walt for breaking the internet. I love the service @Disney ........ I wish I could say the same thing about my ISP.

    welcome to @GetSpectrum, where paying for 200mbps gets you 30mbps and outages once every 3 minutes, making it nearly impossible to take your online courses and work, all while customer support—while still actual people, even—is as useless as a wet towel

    @GetSpectrum is the worst Internet service I’ve ever had. I’ve had at least 5 technicians to my house over the past 8 months now my internet goes down and they tell me it’ll be 2 1/2 days before they can get a truck out here!!! Horrible customer service!!!

    Good grief @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum why do the local channels pixelate all the damn time. For what we pay each month we should have much better service than this!!! 😠😠😠 could be we need to just cancel and go to total streaming and an antenna.

    All I have is internet service and I have ALWAYS paid my bill on time!!! This is BULLSHIT to make loyal customers pay for others not paying!!! $80 a month was already enough!!! Shame on @GetSpectrum

    @GetSpectrum has the absolute worse customer service in the industry! Will lie straight to your face to keep from reimbursing you on services you've paid for and still haven't used. 🖕🖕 what other internet is good in NC!? Hell with these clowns/thieves

    @GetSpectrum I called to cancel my cable, you disconnected my internet. Tried calling to address the problem, bit you’re doing system updates and can’t assist me today. congratulations on being the single most inept company I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with.

    ******* 1pm on a Saturday and my @GetSpectrum internet goes out. Its a daily occurrence. Lawmakers should really start looking at how bad this service is nationally for something that has become so essential like internet service

    @Ask_Spectrum Can Spectrum suck any worse? No one at Spectrum technical support knows anything about its Internet Security Shield! The only control I have is to turn it ON/OFF. Ridiculous!

    @Ask_Spectrum Less than 20 hours later, internet service is gone again. Apologies are just excuses when you need to work but you can’t because the internet services company don’t give a **** about his service. If you don’t care your customers I do with mines. It just sucks.

    @GetSpectrum Well I don’t have that opportunity to DM it won’t allow. I live in Lawrenceville and none of the agents were able to help. They provided a $4 credit but that’s nothing when I have work to do and can’t in my home

    @GetSpectrum how is your tech going to ring the INTERNET connected doorbell and expect us to answer the door when we called the tech to fix an INTERNET connectivity issue? Like come on? Then you force me to reschedule for ANOTHER 3 days out? We had people waiting for this fix!

    @Ask_Spectrum I've already had a tech who told me the issue was being escalated to his supervisor. Didn't hear anything for a week. Called the supervisor who said he'd call me at 5pm. Guess what? No call. So no... You wouldn't love to assist me and that's been the case for 6 years now.

    @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum our internet has been down since 3:30pm yesterday!! We have to work from home!! Your customer service team continues to give us the run around. WHY hasn’t a crew been assigned to fix this!! It’s a huge outage!!!!

    @Ask_Spectrum so I’ve been spending hours trying to fix your service so it works correctly and no luck and I’ve complained on X here and whoa my service gets worse.
