  Apparently enrolling in auto pay with @Ask_Spectrum means they can charge you whatever they want and when you call to dispute it they hang up on you. This is not okay.

  @GetSpectrum also, it’s generally frowned upon to bill for service prior to the service start date. I doubt charging prior to a ease start date is a wise business model.

  @Ask_Spectrum Less than 20 hours later, internet service is gone again. Apologies are just excuses when you need to work but you can’t because the internet services company don’t give a **** about his service. If you don’t care your customers I do with mines. It just sucks.

  Just drops and disconnects everything. @Ask_Spectrum , service issues one in a while is fine. But everyday this week is ridiculous, this has been going on for weeks at this point, we've called, we've talked to customer service and nothing gets done. The service just gets repaired

  @Ask_Spectrum At this point, I don't think it's actually getting repaired, it's only lip service on your end to make it seem like the problems being resolved to soothe the customers.
