If you are cutting back on customer service to please shareholders, I advise them to dump you like a hot load. Worst company ever nominee.

Have tried calling for help and gave up after holding for 2 hours. I just want it to work.

They just didn't notify ME it would take a week. They text my phone to CALL THEM. 100 minutes with the same troubleshooting AI & hang up.

I spoke w/ AT&T main customer service & thou he couldn’t find my info, he walked me through options & I was able to find the original password
