    @CenturyLinkHelp this will be our third outage this month so far! Seem to average at least 3 to 4 outages a month!

    My @CenturyLink service is out and the first service appointment I can get is in 8 days. I tried an online chat and got dumped out of the system twice…and their phone lines are down. Remind me why I’m with Century Link. #servicefail

    @CenturyLink I haven’t had wifi for 3 days and I’m in the midst of finals week. We’ve been lied to twice already about technicians being sent out, rn is not the time to have unreliable customer service. People are depending on their wifi right now.

    @CenturyLinkHelp Experiencing another outage today; We were transferred 3x’s just to get a work order issued! Why are they wasting my valuable time asking me for our last bill amount, when it is available to them & since we have already provided our acct #, last 4 of SSN, address

    @CenturyLink i still have ZERO wifi with a final paper due tonight. It’s to the point your $85 wifi is hindering my $4,000 semester. We’ve tried calling support and get no help.

    A technician at @CenturyLink just told me my internet has been throttled back to zero because I’ve exceeded my usage. We have one TV we rarely watch and two iPhones. I’m seeing a new service provider in my future!

    @CenturyLink You have the worst customer service around! No human communication- everything on line. And you go and change the domain for your internet access and your directions don’t seem to work even for highly trained individuals. Thanks but no thanks! So sad!

    @PaulKragthorpe @CenturyLink Thank you, I had CloudFlare's DNS, but those were failing too. Centurylink has gotten so bad since Lumen bought them and they were bad before that

    @quantumfiber your customer service is worthless. The payment receipt we got via email for our business account has wrong information. 1. We did not choose QF. It was forced upon us. 2. The receipt said it was billed to me. The CenturyLink account was set up under the business name and is paid by the business checking account. I called your worthless customer service people to get the "billed to" information changed. The supervisor 1) kept referring to payment method and 2) refused to make any chages to reflect the proper ownership of the account and to correct the error in the forced migration from CenturyLink to QF. @LumenTech has serious problems under Kate Johnson. No wonder the Lumen stock is so erratic. I'll be writing a ***** letter to Kate.

    @EMBurlingame I just switched to @ATT wireless, because @CenturyLink is so bad. Their customer service is atrocious, to say the least. Bundled the new wi-fi with my phone. Saving almost $20.00 a month.

    @AngryBDG @DonnieDetroit19 I had DSL through Centurylink that had outages every day. Broadband has a bad rep out here and I won’t do business with comcast. Starlink is cheaper for me than the rest with their rural special.

    @CenturyLink All customers should be cautious, as customer service can tell you an issue is ‘resolved’, ‘accounts closed’ or whatever and then it’s not. It’s their word against yours! Keep billing my in-laws, that have passed away for four months now! Don’t believe them!

    @CenturyLink sucks so much they shut off service with no warning I have called 5 or 6 times asked for a supervisor multiple time they refuse to send a technician out and say that they can’t I paid for a service I am not getting and they won’t let me cancel or get a refund #refund
