@CNPalerts for those experiencing rolling blackouts, how long will individual blackout periods be in length? My power has been out for ~45 minutes right now. I have gas heat but the thermostat needs power. Thanks for working on these bitter temps.

@CNPalerts Lost power at 7:00pm. Estimated restoration time updated from 10:30PM to 11:00AM TOMORROW! This city has frequent storms and this one wasn't even severe. 9 month wait time for a backup generator, but then I'm just giving you even a more money for natural gas!

@CNPalerts (2/2) We are near the bayou & you did work after Harvey,which was supposed to help. But in the last 2ish years, it has gotten bad w/ very frequent & lengthy power outages. Was maintenance delayed/cancelled due to Covid? It is like a third world country. Please help!!
