@CNPalerts @CenterPoint was told our power would be on by 1030 yesterday. Now it has been over 24 hours without power and that center point won't even give me a new estimate. I would like to say this is very disheartening that they would treat their military service members and

@CNPalerts Y’all bastards shut off the comment section on the other post?!! Y’all should be better prepared for this. We are in hurricane season. There’s a reason you shouldn’t have a monopoly on fixing the power lines. Power off at 8 and 2pm next day is expected time for service connection

@CNPalerts I appreciate you reaching out. I truly believe the CSRs and road crews who keep us running are backbones of the community.💙 My gripe is the infrastructure, which I realize is out of your control. Like here I am a week later in another storm, and my lights have been 1/2

@HoustonJoefor24 @CNPalerts It was a weather thing. Line damage. Not supply thing. It seems like they've done something that makes the lines freakout a lot more easily than they used to. I went years with storms and no outage. Now, it sprinkles and the wind blows... outage.

@CNPalerts Every time there may be an outage due to weather I am reminded what a worthless piece of garbage your tracker has become. You're a Houston company - why does the map sometimes start showing Australia? Why don't outages show once the map is on Houston & zoomed in?
