-
Daniel Foreman (@KingIsComing247) reportedHey @sparklightcares, you do realize that this outage that’s happening in and around Kingsville, Texas is probably affecting people being able to watch NFL football today right? Because some people use streaming services to watch their TV.
-
Mark Gardner (@Article_94) reported.@sparklightcares seems to not know that @TMobile is bringing fiber to my area cheaper than I pay Sparklight, because they’re raising my cable rate by $5. My garbage plan that is 500% slower than t-fiber…
-
Banderwockey (@Banderwockey) reported@sparklightcares worst internet company ever cant wait for the fiber to go live im seriously close to going starlink im tired of paying for ****
-
Amber Smith ❤ (@AmberLUVSBTR) reported@seiryuitr @sparklightcares Right? Like any time there's been an outage, we never get compensation-.-
-
Adam Beraha (@adamberaha) reported from Colony, Oklahoma@sparklightcares my Internet is broken in Lawton Oklahoma. What's the problem?
-
Melissa (@SuspndedAgain1) reported@sparklightcares I scrolled through all the screens, slowly, searching for anything that remotely looked like it could be Fox Weather. No luck. Would've been fantastic if Sparklight had put Fox Weather on 1333, where the WC used to be. But no, things have to be difficult as usual with Cable One/Sparklight. I've been using the service over 50 years. Always something goofy going on. No I have to call someone. Ridiculous.
-
Hero361/Nick (@Hero361_Gaming) reported@sparklightcares are yall having issues past few weeks over there on your end? Connection has been patchy for a while and just tonight our internet has been completely dead for over an hour and this hasn't been the only time its crapped out either, this is prolly the 9th time now

Dennis Lee Morgan Jr (@dennislee431) reported@sparklightcares 12/8/2026 @ 2411 hrs and again no Internet in Wellborn Alabama this is a far to regular thing why? You went up to nearly $140.00 a month huge increase & service is worse & all you get when called is automated BS sick of it

William C. Schneider (@Creed__Thots) reported@sparklightcares I’m just curious how (1) it is still down after this long, and (2) how you weren’t alerted to an outage until 10:00 am when service cut out shortly after 11:00 PM. No real updates, no ETA on restoration. I wonder how fast Frontier or Comcast could have me back online?
