    @sparklightcares Hi, your outage detector said there is a problem at my address in Maumelle, AR. However, it says it will be fixed by 10:58am. But that is in the past, so what's the actual time?

    Hey @sparklightcares, you do realize that this outage that’s happening in and around Kingsville, Texas is probably affecting people being able to watch NFL football today right? Because some people use streaming services to watch their TV.
