    Someone @EWRairport thinks it’s funny to be DDoS’ing the WiFi by sending deauth packets. Both the free airport WiFi and personal hotspots. No one around me can stay connected. 😡 Luckily I can tether via USB. @boingo please fix this!

    Hey @NBA I’m in the military waiting to deploy overseas and your NBA League Pass product doesn’t work on the @boingo wifi. I’ve reached out to support and they provided no solution. Please fix this!!!!

    @boingo I own a private domain that ends in .online and wanted to update my email address via your self-service portal but the page doesn't like .online but access the common TLDs (e.g. .com/.net, etc). Can you fix this so I can update my email?

    The service for @boingo is so bad. Looking at the reviews I can see why you guys have an average 1 star review. Called earlier and was told the issue was "off-site." It took them 2 hours to figure that out! Such a scam of a company.
