    @MSF_USA and @boingo are so terrible. This couldn't be more ironic and idiotic. I'm dealing with a crisis now, with lives on the line, and keep getting disconnected and forced to watch an ad that says "when crisis strikes...there's no time to lose when lives are on the line"

    Hey @NBA I’m in the military waiting to deploy overseas and your NBA League Pass product doesn’t work on the @boingo wifi. I’ve reached out to support and they provided no solution. Please fix this!!!!

    @boingo I see you're replying to everyone saying that people would hit a data cap that would be reached in <180 minutes, so somehow giving people only 90 minutes in a session is an improvement? I've never hit a data cap, on 3 or 4 hour flights...

    @boingo why are you charging military members $55 for wifi service that consistently goes out? Today alone my wifi connection has gone out 4 times in the last 4 hours for at least 5 minutes at a time.

    Traveling from EWR to MSP. Message sent to @boingo How do you get away with being the service providers at airports when your product is totally useless? Impossible to log in. Numerous failed attempts. NEVER seems to work. #EpicFail
