You are losing more customers than you are gaining and soon everyone will realize that their funds are better elsewhere. You guys are scum of the Earth and you know it.

    @BankofAmerica You guys NEVER stop proving to me that BoA is the absolutely WORST company I've ever had to do business with. Shameful service. Yet again you won't let me use my debit card. Why can you NEVER fix the problems? Why the same problems over and over again?

    @BofA_Help real issue with unauthorized credit card $27,000 transfer balance on my 90 year old fathers boa credit cards. Spoke to fraud department. Filed police reports. Written emails to executive leadership but I guess 50 years of banking means nothing.

    @BankofAmerica You closed my zero balance credit card in 2023. You're reporting derogatory remarks on my husband's credit report, although he was only an authorized user. Customer service cannot find my closed account using my social, so why is anything being reported for him?

    @BofA_Help @BankofAmerica I talk to TWO 'specialists' yesterday #1 says no hold. No problem. Not us. #2 (Julie) says talk to Erica. No help from Erica. Today I try again to use my debit card. Denied by @BankofAmerica Must Verify. Absolute sheer madness.

    @BankofAmerica small business customer service is an absolute joke. I waiting on hold for an hour for the customer rep to hang up on me because she couldn’t hear me. Do better BOA. Wish I would have taken my business account elsewhere.
