    @BankofAmerica It's always the SAME problems. Over and over again. It never gets fixed. I spend hours and sometimes days of banging my head against a wall to try to fix a problem. Honestly, I've NEVER had a worse customer service experience with any other company. Just shameful.

    In my opinion, quite possibly the worst bank in the history of the world for real people is @Chase They really run you through the wringer if you’re trying to get cash. It’s actually very painful to know you have cash in the bank and they treat you like a criminal when you’re trying to access it. If there was a better option, I would definitely use it. Tried @WellsFargo , @BankofAmerica they are worse IMHO

    EPSTEIN VICTIMS BANK SETTLEMENTS— Ignoring suspicious activity transactions seems to be a pattern with all banks accused of facilitating gross behavior. @BankofAmerica and other banks flag everyday hard-working people depositing checks as “suspicious,” placing so-called random holds on funds. Were the required (SARs) reports transmitted to the U.S. Treasury as required by law in the case of Epstein accounts?

    @BankofAmerica 1) You have not closed my checking account despite NUMEROUS requests and calls. You are a POS company. You backtrack win all promises and all I get are "customer support" notes and calls, from unprepared employees. I truly despise your company.

    @greta @BankofAmerica 32 CFR 752.3. The same two year statute of limitations applies to ALL military branches. The statute of limitations ended in 1989! Jurisdiction for those issues also ENDED IN 1989. “d) Limitation period. The Secretary's settlement authorization is subject to a two-year limitation. This limitation is not extended by the filing of claim nor by negotiations or correspondence. A settlement agreement must be reached before the end of the two-year period. If settlement is not accomplished, then the claimant must file suit under the appropriate statute to avoid the limitation bar. The agreement reached in negotiations must receive the approval of the Secretary of the Navy or his designee, depending on the amount involved, prior to the expiration of the two-year period.”
