So I drive all the way up to the 1 that is open, & they don’t have any tellers working. This is twice I’ve come up here and they don’t have tellers. Plenty of managers standing around in the lobby though.

It’s actually very painful to know you have cash in the bank and they treat you like a criminal when you’re trying to access it. If there was a better option, I would definitely use it.
