    @BankofAmerica you should really consider empowering tellers to issue a temporary card to small business accounts at the window. Appointments take longer to get than getting the new card in the mail.

    @BofA_Help When I asked I was told it would take longer to get an appointment than it would to get a replacement card in the mail. I’d think a business customer could get a temporary card on request? Whatever, thanks.

    @BankofAmerica I know you might not make a lot of money off of me, but I am a business customer so it’s recurring. I’d think a teller could arrange a temporary card with whatever branch authority while I wait? Or even make an appointment? Not faster than the mail I guess.

    @BofA_Help I set my 3% category to "Home Improvement" for a major flooring project, but it was coded as "Wholesale" and processed as "Online Shopping." This is a professional home service, not a retail purchase. How can I foresee this "category trap/reward scam”? #BankofAmerica

    @ATT refuses to refund returned devices despite proof my line was inactive. @BankofAmerica hasn’t resolved the dispute either. Stop wasting customers’ time and issue the refund immediately.

    In my opinion, quite possibly the worst bank in the history of the world for real people is @Chase They really run you through the wringer if you’re trying to get cash. It’s actually very painful to know you have cash in the bank and they treat you like a criminal when you’re trying to access it. If there was a better option, I would definitely use it. Tried @WellsFargo , @BankofAmerica they are worse IMHO

    @BankofAmerica @BofA_Help 10) It's taking longer because branch manager is trying to help. 11) Ask your lawyer how you can turn an unverified account over to collections. 12) For an account that you won't bill.

    @BankofAmerica give me 1 GOOD REASON why your branches close at 4pm? The average working class American gets off at 5pm. I realize this decision was made by some big wig that it doesn’t effect but this is ridiculous. Been a customer for 20 years and I’m about to go elsewhere.
