We are going into the second week and nothing has been settled!! Shame on you! She is elderly and on a fixed income!!

Once discharged, she paid her account in full. BOA reported her late to the credit bureau by 1 day and won’t undo it. @BankofAmerica @BofA_Help

Trey Pope (@sfa02grad) reported@BankofAmerica It's more like a penalty when you get hit with identity theft as a Bank of America customer. Total nightmare having to order a new card and you can't even use the digital card for 24 hours. Time to switch to another bank when this clears.

On hold for 27 min with recording saying we can do so much online. Then it says due to unforseen blah blah, they can't take the call. Call back later 🖕
