In fact they gave me 7 days to find a new cell provider. Clearly @att doesn’t like to keep their customers

Enrique (@Enrique18390796) reported@ATT I’m looking for an attorney to go after AT&T their terms of service says if you drop a call you get a day of service free. I’ve dropped a minimum of 3 calls a day and sometimes up to 20. they have not honored what their advertisements say. Anyone else having this issue maybe we can get a class action lawsuit going. Their associated told me my new bill with would $500 a month last month my bill was over $2k it’s never been under $1k since we signed the contracts. Need some legal help I’m tired of spending 6+ hours every time I call them for them to tell me it’s handled then next bill and realizing it’s not been handled

Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.

I had a bad experience and hope it’s just that one store and not a wider issue. Stop getting ******* sued. I suggest when everything goes AI you don’t. People will get frustrated by the robots. You wanna save money transfer all call reps to a work from home with top notch security. The no need office lease.
