    @att I’m trying to give you money and add Internet service to my DirecTV account and your retail location turned me away and told me to call 611 and 611 ran me through a Byzantine set of passcodes and passwords even though I was calling from my AT&T phone — #EpicFail

    @TMobileHelp Why doesn't SMS ride on Wi-Fi when you have no cell signal? We've been through this service coverage stuff way too many times now. It's not my job to work this hard for a company I'M PAYING. And my bill isn't even less than it was at @ATTHelp. So what's the point?
