    I loved pride and seeing my favorite performers like CupCaKe, however its unacceptable to have zero @ATT coverage for the ENTIRE pride festival. I couldn’t share any moments from the day and honestly why am I paying so much when I have these issues in other places as well.

    I vow this year to drop my @ATT and @DIRECTV services. They always telling me how great they are until i need them to fix problems they own people created. Then they aint that great.

    @ATT so far not so good on the claim @DIRECTV is #1 customer service, set up new service, tech came with the wrong equipment, couldn’t modify the order even though he had the correct equip in his truck...suggested I cancel and resubscribe

    For some dumb reason I was loyal customer to @ATT for years (since they were PacBell in Socal), but after complaining about local/home coverage for a year to them, I finally switched to @TMobile and am very happy with them already.

    @CriminelleLaw @Uverse @ATT There are some areas UVerse isn’t available - GTE legacy areas for example. A lot of ATT phone support doesn’t know and can’t figure it out.

    The "loyalty penalty" is real: .@ATT, @Verizon, and @TMobile spend billions on device promotions and acquisition. Loyalty plans? Dressed up customer acquisition tools. They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.

    AT&T lied to me. Since the end of February I’ve been working a technical issue with @ATT fiber company @quantumfiber . Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.

    @ATT @ATTHelp Is there is a company with worse customer service than AT&T? We spent 6 hours on the phone yesterday trying to get help, being shuffled from one department to another. One customer “service” rep told my wife to go up on the roof of our house to repair some sort of box. WTF? Calls dropped. Got hung up on. No call backs. Idiots and incompetents. And don’t even get me started on the worst website in the world.
