    @ATTCares Nope didn’t work. Reset the whole system. Lost my recorded shows. PS4 plays in 4K. Direct won’t even show the guide in anything but 480 and will not allow me to change resolution.

    Cell phone companies are petty. So to port out a number from @sprint to @ATT ...I have to send the phones back or pay off the phones...so basically have no phones for who knows how long while they get their crap together! So annoyed!! 😡

    Monday 3/9/20 9:30 am install day. @atthelp Pre-setup guy shows up to do a run down on the services. Registration/App. Cool a first. Leaves his business card and tells if I want that cellphone call him or “anything. “

    @ATT @ATTHelp IF YOU GUYS WANT TO WASTE a little under 2 hours of your time and working hours to get your service fixed , apply credits that were never granted onto your account , speak to 6 different departments and reps that were useless and have to wait another 30 min to get

    @ATT WIFI 5G Internet Air speed should NEVER! be slowed down or below basic DSL speed, don’t care how many people are on the system. Currently my 5G Internet Air speed is at 2 mps, disgusting! And no, has nothing to do with the placement of my Hub. A big 👎👎👎👎👎

    @ATT @NASA Yet you can't support your customers. Switched to AT&T 10 days ago. Today I was in a chat with customer service and they said, "That's it, the convo is done" when I didn't text my acct # in 10 sec. Then I waited over an hour for a call - and they hung up before it started. WTH!

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.
