    @ATTHelp You should recheck Pacifica, CA on your maps. Half the city has no phones. Verified with neighbors and Nextdoor app. Not sure what’s worse, the phones being down or your telling me it’s fine.

    @vikxin @ATTHelp Just do it now aha , these telcos never are held accountable, it’s better to do it now to hold them accountable and you will get it fixed ASAP and then it will probably alert them to fix it for so many others also,

    It’s surprising how retail stores have changed. Places like @att no longer value customer time and get placed immediately into a queue without any reference to inventory. Poor processes

    How @ATT customer support works: 1. Go to website. 2. Ask AI bot for phone #. 3. Argue with AI bot that wants to keep you from talking to humans. 4. Be told by AI bot that it does not tolerate your anger before it hangs up on you. 5. Call back. 6. Same thing. 7. Hang up and cry.

    @ATT I need actual assistance in fixing the mistake caused by your payment system and the horrible mishandling of my complaint. A $20 dollar credit will not solve the inconvenience caused by this situation.

    @cnote34 @ATT Common issue. Go get 2 pills of ******. Crush one up and sprinkle it on the line out. Then send the second one to AT&T directly. They have a known problem keeping “it” up.

    So i wait for @att to send my iPad. They screw me. Then I can’t find a case in the store. Now they were supposed to do auto pay on my bill and they screwed me and didn’t take it. This service is utter garbage. Do not use this company. For your own sanity. Go anywhere else.
