    1/2 just had the absolute worst experience with @DIRECTV . I’m a new customer who signed up for @DIRECTVService along with @att WiFi & free NFL Sunday Ticket. After installation, it turns out my area cannot obtain AT&T WiFi. Tell me why the rep cancels BOTH directv & @ATT CONT

    @sprintcare I got the same reply from past conversations from your customer service team. At this point. It sounds scripted. @ATT or @Verizon or someone else might just do a better job at not giving people headaches. I don’t mind paying a little more for better Customer service.

    First of all, we need to get land lines installed again **** it all, but thank God I got rid of AT&T they f ne over. Having foreigner tell me you switched to fiber it’s free and then sending me a $700 bill. @ATT you’ll never get your money. I don’t give a **** ****. You lied to me you ******* lied.

    People really think they can judge how someone responds to being abused. Not just inconvenienced, but abused! Being yelled by a rep or their refusal to provide a service/product you paid for is abusive! @ATT

    @ATT I’m looking for an attorney to go after AT&T their terms of service says if you drop a call you get a day of service free. I’ve dropped a minimum of 3 calls a day and sometimes up to 20. they have not honored what their advertisements say. Anyone else having this issue maybe we can get a class action lawsuit going. Their associated told me my new bill with would $500 a month last month my bill was over $2k it’s never been under $1k since we signed the contracts. Need some legal help I’m tired of spending 6+ hours every time I call them for them to tell me it’s handled then next bill and realizing it’s not been handled
