    @ATT area internet goes down during lockdown. Home workers can’t now work. Missed 5 deadlines already and the latest is to be done by December 31st 1969. That’s not a typo, that’s your message to your customers. Typical.

    @ATT I didn’t receive a credit on my bill that I ALWAYS RECEIVE & I haven’t been credited back that amount. My bill is always $211 & one month I didn’t get my credit & it jumped to $240 then back to $211. I need customer service. I’ve called and nothing. Long time customer!!!

    @ATT why is it every time we buy a new phone you guys screw it up. My dad who is ill, now doesn’t have a phone. WtF? Last time, u guys charged us $500 for a new phones bc they added lines vs porting

    @ATTCares I have been a customer of ATT since 1999. I have always been pleased with their customer service up until I went abroad recently to Canada and have had nothing but problems with billing and even a supervisor not helping, ready to give ATT UP!!!!

    @ATT my phone drop calls and I’m seeing a NO SERVICE SIGNAL. I’ve been a member since 2003. I’m switching to @TMobile probably this weekend. I’m paying @ATT $89 and still run out of data. Everything is limited.

    @youknowsteven @ATT Dude this happened to me too. I ended up going with spectrum. Had to buy a wifi booster so initially a little more expensive but I haven’t had issues and i used my internet to work from home.

    I’m so not impressed with @ATT so called high speed internet. Five days in and it’s slower than @GetSpectrum and I get bumped off WiFi in my home. Ready to cancel really.

    @ATTHelp I have been locked out of my email for over a week, I keep getting sent links to reset my password that don’t work, and it is impossible to get any help over the phone. All I need is my email password reset. That can’t be so difficult.

    @ATTHelp @ixxues It has been 4 days without internet for me in Byron Center, MI. I have gotten no answers as to when this will be fixed. And of course this happens during the Masters which I cannot watch. Fix this!!

    @ATT your customer service reps on the phone are awesome your sales men need more training they are skating the line on unfair business practices. I had a bad experience and hope it’s just that one store and not a wider issue. Stop getting ******* sued. I suggest when everything goes AI you don’t. People will get frustrated by the robots. You wanna save money transfer all call reps to a work from home with top notch security. The no need office lease.

    @VerizonSupport I’ve been loyal to this company for a long time. I have very little service in the area where I’m working. Coworkers who have @TMobile or @ATT have excellent service. Thinking about making the switch.

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
