My bill is always $211 & one month I didn’t get my credit & it jumped to $240 then back to $211. I need customer service. I’ve called and nothing. Long time customer!!!

I have always been pleased with their customer service up until I went abroad recently to Canada and have had nothing but problems with billing and even a supervisor not helping, ready to give ATT UP!!!!
