    @edecurtis @mkscur @ATT Absolutely not. I believe they did an upgrade to their email servers and that caused it. However I used to work for AT&T and they will never admit it.

    bless Damien from North Carolina who FINALLY put in an order for a tech to come out AND gave me follow up steps to get credited for service Pedro needs some customer service training Greg was nice too but whoever he transferred me to (twice) wasn’t @ATT y’all are a mess

    @ATTHelp worse service ever . have been having issues since 11/25. Initially sent a tech out on the 29th ( 4 days later) got it up and running but couldn’t locate issue. still losing connection every night sometimes for hours

    @ATTHelp Can you help me? I’ve had my account open a week and already have a bill due on Friday. They didn’t disclose this in store besides stressing I setup autopay for discount. My work discount is also not applied. Person on the phone didn’t really have an answer either.

    @Uverse This is UNACCEPTABLE that I have to keep calling and being placed on hold when I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor 3x. I will be terminating service asap and I demand my refund of credit. This has never happened and you should be embarrassed @Uverse

    @ATTBusiness I've been on hold with customer service for several hours over the last few days. The service to activate a phone is so disappointing. I miss @TMobile soooo much. 😭😭😭

    Last week, @ATT shut down its 3G towers. Apparently, @bayalarmcompany uses them. Or used. Now all their alarms with 3G are useless. For a week, we’ve been getting charged but there has been no service. Worse, they want $350 to replace THEIR OUTDATED EQUIPMENT. We’re switching!

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon I had the same issue w @ATT 4cell service. 1 man on duty, wouldn’t even answer a question 4me bc he was in “sales” & my question was 4 “customer service” & if I wanted help w our lines & plan i had 2call customer service & he didn’t even have # 4me. So bad I switched 2 Spectrum.

    @ATTHelp Yes there is a tree fallen a the roadside on the fiber cable. Cable isn't broken, just supporting the rotten tree. GA Power was out yesterday and said it wasn't there issue, but was removing a limb on the same line because of so many calls about it. They were just being nice.

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.

    @ATT trying to pay my mother's Bill using the app is the biggest waste of time it's just stupid nowhere that they show me where to pay. I would never use AT&t personally for anything because they are so sloppy with their execution for products and services.

    AT&T lied to me. Since the end of February I’ve been working a technical issue with @ATT fiber company @quantumfiber . Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.
