    @ATT @ATTHelp most unhelpful ridiculous company for self phone service w/ unethical sales practices. Reps only want the sales, push products, and do not deliver promise. Do not do business with them. I will be cancelling my service. I have spent HOURS over weeks fixing this

    @Att is the worst service i have ever dealt with in my entire life. The internet is shitty, the customer service is terrible, and they don’t care about your time at all.

    @ATT I have been trying to transfer an individual plan to my business plan for about a week now. After being on hold for 3 hours today I was hung up on. I have gone into the store and called... no one is helping me! Your customer service is severely lacking!

    @ATTCares I have been a customer of ATT since 1999. I have always been pleased with their customer service up until I went abroad recently to Canada and have had nothing but problems with billing and even a supervisor not helping, ready to give ATT UP!!!!

    So @ATT / @DIRECTV was going to charge me $240 for 1 year of services because I didn’t cancel their crappy service in 24 hours after being installed when I ran into issues 3-5 days later and was told I had 14 days before I would get charged if I wanted to cancel. #Liars #Directv

    @ATT Your customer service has been so bad for too many years, I am switching to a different carrier. @verizon Thank you for making the onboarding process simple. @att set the bar pretty low - you don’t have to do much to keep my business.

    @IanGertler @ATT @JohnLegere @verizon @TMobile @sprint Ian, I’m currently with @ATT as well. I called in a while ago and they confirmed that they added the daily international plan on, and today when reaching out, they said the plan isn’t available for me and that the call never happened. Integrity is everything in life.

    @ATT a costumer for 14 years have 10 different accounts with AT&T & direct tv! No more I broke my foot & hospitalized for a month & bed rest for 4 months! AT&T has held my phone number that I have had for 23yrs hostage charge me for service didn’t receive! $300 12+hrs nothing

    @ATTHelp 2nd day in a row you all pulled a no-show on our internet installation. 1st day, we called the technician & he said he "forgot" about us? @ask_spectrum can you all install internet faster? We're about a week in our first home w/ no internet & wack customer service.

    @ATT I need to file a property damage claim regarding an underground AT&T line that knocked my sewer line off its connection to the city line and has required repair. All my attempts to work through your customer service bots have been unhelpful. Please assist, thanks.

    Not only has my @ATT fiber internet been down for over 17 hours, they have not even provided an update in over 12 hours. As someone who works from home, that is not acceptable. Time to research new ISP options
