    @ATT #Uverse is the biggest waste of my ******* time You had one job, fix the unit so I can watch Lakers games One day after the unit gets fixed, it shits it's pants in the middle of the 4th quarter. Every other channel ******* works. Restart it. Now the unit won't turn on 🖕🏼

They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.

    AT&T lied to me. Since the end of February I’ve been working a technical issue with @ATT fiber company @quantumfiber . Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.

    @ATT @ATTHelp Is there is a company with worse customer service than AT&T? We spent 6 hours on the phone yesterday trying to get help, being shuffled from one department to another. One customer “service” rep told my wife to go up on the roof of our house to repair some sort of box. WTF? Calls dropped. Got hung up on. No call backs. Idiots and incompetents. And don’t even get me started on the worst website in the world.
