    @ATT why should it take me yelling on the phone to get a straight answer, a box sent to her house and a confirmation number so I can get this resolved? This is a prime example of why we decided to cancel your service in the first place.

    @ATT complaint. After tech support rep hung up on accident she didn't call back. She factory reset my modem AND deleted my payment arrangement. Now ivr demands payment. But att already took 2 PAYMENTS out of my checking. Ivr wont connect me to tech support, my service is shut off

    @Kimwyattsart @ATT sending me to back to the auto troubleshooting doesn't help. TSR drop/hung up call after hard reset wifi modem. My internet came on for maybe 5 minutes. Instead of relaxing I'm trapped in ATT automation nightmare.

    @ATTHelp Seems like the issue from yesterday has resurfaced today. Unable to access Twitter or gaming services (specifically Call of Duty, on any platform) over the home internet connection. At around the same time as yesterday as well. Definitely isn't an issue with cx devices

    @CoxComm why does every phone rep leave me hanging and hang up when I call to cancel service? Like no I don’t want to talk to your damn loyalty department. I’m just trying to switch over to @ATT fiber and be on with my day.

    @ATT how do we get three different answers from you after we disconnect our service about what to do with our boxes? You need to get it together over there. The first call said “oh we’re going to send you a box to return it” and then never sent us the box #att #directv #scam

    @ATTHelp Ive tried contacting you through phone, live chat, email and it has been an absolute struggle doing so. Its impossible to talk to a human. My internet is crapping out and your automated service says it fine. ITS NOT. This is my last attempt before I cancel my service.

Contributions to legislators went to both supporters and opponents of the slavery question, so you see, there’s nothing negative you can pin on us. Pls keep buying our products and allowing Rs to give us tax breaks.”

    @ATT well you have beaten us down so much that we have to cancel all of our service. The worst customer service experience of any company ever. This has been going on since August. We have been bounced around through 15-20 different calls over a total of 40 hours on the phone.

    @ATTHelp my internet is out. Was talking to tech support. She was troubleshooting over the ph, put me on hold. She sent factory reset to modem, then she disco the call on accident. Now when I call Ivr demands payment but I had payment arrangement Ivr wont transfer to tech

    How @ATT customer support works: 1. Go to website. 2. Ask AI bot for phone #. 3. Argue with AI bot that wants to keep you from talking to humans. 4. Be told by AI bot that it does not tolerate your anger before it hangs up on you. 5. Call back. 6. Same thing. 7. Hang up and cry.

    @ATT I need actual assistance in fixing the mistake caused by your payment system and the horrible mishandling of my complaint. A $20 dollar credit will not solve the inconvenience caused by this situation.

    @cnote34 @ATT Common issue. Go get 2 pills of ******. Crush one up and sprinkle it on the line out. Then send the second one to AT&T directly. They have a known problem keeping “it” up.

    So i wait for @att to send my iPad. They screw me. Then I can’t find a case in the store. Now they were supposed to do auto pay on my bill and they screwed me and didn’t take it. This service is utter garbage. Do not use this company. For your own sanity. Go anywhere else.
