I did and they have no idea why. I’m giving them today to rectify this. If it’s not done today properly I’m getting rid of all AT&T products.

Absolutely embarrassing.

Have spent hours on the phone trying to get my internet fixed and have been transferred and redirected more times than I can count. And I am STILL waiting....

I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back.
