I know that u can call 20x & get nowhere or mysteriously “lose connection”. Also get told no charges for smthg and get a bill later. When I do talk to a person u get transferred 5x & then get hung up on #attsucks

Joshua Thorburn (@Moose_Lubbzz) reported@ATTHelp Netflix is blocking some shows when on the ATT network. I can see and access them when I use my phone with Wifi turned off. Their explanation is that my network settings were changed and that is the cause of the issue.

Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
