    Recently switched from @ATT to @TMobile. The service isn’t as good, but the money I’m saving justifies it. Went from paying $260 a month for 4 lines to $136.

    @ATT is the worst corporate scam on the planet. Lies, deception, bait and switch practices, no customer loyalty, untrained "experts", laziness in communication, no follow up or follow through. Just an absolute nightmare every single time we talk to them. RANT OVER

    @ATTHelp I went to a store and they gave me a completely different price than online so uneducated i placed my order over by myself with the help of chat agent and got the original pricing i got so hopefully this time yall wont cancel it again for no reason

    @ATT @ATTHelp My 91-year-old grandmother is in assisted living with a DEAD landline. AT&T failed to transfer her service on 4/10 and now says 4/16. This is a life-safety emergency. Account: I need an emergency technician dispatch TODAY.

    @ATT I had a LOT of trouble with TMobile getting my final bill & it's now past the "qualification" date to get my switch reward. Really?! You require the bill but it took them over 2 months to send it to me because of paperless billing. Is that how you get out of paying this?

    @ATT trying to pay my mother's Bill using the app is the biggest waste of time it's just stupid nowhere that they show me where to pay. I would never use AT&t personally for anything because they are so sloppy with their execution for products and services.

    @ATTHelp Netflix is blocking some shows when on the ATT network. I can see and access them when I use my phone with Wifi turned off. Their explanation is that my network settings were changed and that is the cause of the issue.
