Cannot restore it w/o Apple Store. Opted to de-activate this phone 📱 & its #. Saving $55/mo. Plan on buying a new iPhone 📱 & adding back a line. Yayyyyyy!!! Problem solved

Our local channel's owned by CBS. AT&T obviously doesn't want to pay CBS for these channels the same as the other local channels not owned by CBS. & AT&T claims they're doing it for the value that customers want!!!

Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.
