They've been telling me 72 hours for 2 weeks but have no problem charging me the $92 for my bill. 🙄 time for another service.

I place an order June 1 and STILL don’t have service and no record of half my order. 😡

Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.
