I call the number you provided and they won’t talk to me without an account number or phone number on file!!! They cut right through my sprinkler line after I went out and told them where it was!

But the moment it switches over to 5G+ the phone just buffers. It’s extremely annoying to have almost zero data coverage in the most popular parts of town! HELP!! Fix this!

Now, we are buffering during shows with a blurred screen. Their tech told us they lowered our connections which would cause the buffering.

It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.
