    @ATTHelp Where do I file a property damage claim when I don’t have an AT&T account number? I call the number you provided and they won’t talk to me without an account number or phone number on file!!! They cut right through my sprinkler line after I went out and told them where it was!

    @VZWSupport literally has the worst customer service hands down. Like, I’m pretty sure they outrank @ATT in worst customer service. On the phone for 2 hours with a guy who was supposed to be fixing an issue only for him to hang up on me 10 minutes after their 7pm closing time #BS

    @ATTHelp @ATT Nothing really to discuss. I don’t want your service and shouldn’t be inconvenienced in so many ways by it’s destructive installation through my property. Let alone the constant noise keeping me from sleeping for my night job.

    Because this is such a small outage, relatively speaking, and there’s winter weather coming, who knows how long it’ll be. AT&T’s automated system (correctly) reminded me that an agent would have no additional information. Waiting on you @ATT ... @ATTHelp

    Hey awesome service from @ATT @ATTHelp today, SIKE! Was on the phone at 2pm. Was told someone would call back in an hour. It’s now 4:30pm. AT&T sent ONE DM to me then never responded. If my apt complex didn’t have a deal with you guys I’d be ******* done with this company

    @ATTHelp how can I stop my phone from switching over to 5G+ when it’s on LTE, 5G, or 5Ge, speed is great. But the moment it switches over to 5G+ the phone just buffers. It’s extremely annoying to have almost zero data coverage in the most popular parts of town! HELP!! Fix this!

    @lastdraftpick @DIRECTV @ATT They said they didn’t slow it, but lowered our connections for some reason. Now, we are buffering during shows with a blurred screen. Their tech told us they lowered our connections which would cause the buffering.

    @ATT On Jan. 11,2021 u guys announced u were cutting off financial contributions to the 147 members of Congress who objected to certifying the 2020 election,tacitly initiating the insurrection. Now ur donating thousands to them thru PACs. Do ya think we’re not watching,or stupid?

    Once again, if you have the option of going with anyone other than @Uverse for cable do it. @ATTHelp @ATT is an absolute nightmare. They charge way too much for me to not be able to use my service. I had a tech out here on Monday and now have to have a new DVR box ordered. Unreal

    We have had #DIRECTV for 10 years and never had any issues until @ATT took over. This crap of not having some basic channels is the push we needed to #cutthecord . Already signed up for @hulu Live Tv and loving it.

    So, we drop @DIRECTV and keep @ATT’s internet service and their technician just told me they backed down my connection speed because we dropped Direct. Guess we’ll be looking for a new Internet Service Provider now! You made that one easy @ATT! #GreatServiceNOT

    First of all, we need to get land lines installed again **** it all, but thank God I got rid of AT&T they f ne over.     @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.

    @cnote34 @ATT Common issue. Go get 2 pills of ******. Crush one up and sprinkle it on the line out. Then send the second one to AT&T directly. They have a known problem keeping “it” up.

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.
