    @ATT What is happening at the company and how is your service so bad now? Have a customer for years and enrolled in the plan to call India. For the last few months , it doesn’t work. I am told I have to pay $4 a minute. Are you kidding me ? If you do not want us tell us .

    @DIRECTV @ATT I have been trying to call you for three days and have been on hold for hours. I have been a customer for many years either you answer my call or I will cancel my service. And that note I will not be paying for your terrible customer service.

    @ATT @NASA Yet you can't support your customers. Switched to AT&T 10 days ago. Today I was in a chat with customer service and they said, "That's it, the convo is done" when I didn't text my acct # in 10 sec. Then I waited over an hour for a call - and they hung up before it started. WTH!

    @DavidsonDa16685 @ATTHelp That's another thing that's why I canceled the ******* account AT&T has become nothing but a scammer like the Indian scammers that they hire to be on the call centers. Funny thing is I'm now using that T-Mobile wireless internet and I have zero problems All the problems went away

    Hey @ATT ….why does my new phone all of sudden half awful service in all rural areas? My iPhone 14 worked great! My battery started crapping out so I got an iPhone 17 and now I literally can’t use my phone in all my normal spots….

    @ATT I need actual assistance in fixing the mistake caused by your payment system and the horrible mishandling of my complaint. A $20 dollar credit will not solve the inconvenience caused by this situation.

    @ATT I’m looking for an attorney to go after AT&T their terms of service says if you drop a call you get a day of service free. I’ve dropped a minimum of 3 calls a day and sometimes up to 20. they have not honored what their advertisements say. Anyone else having this issue maybe we can get a class action lawsuit going. Their associated told me my new bill with would $500 a month last month my bill was over $2k it’s never been under $1k since we signed the contracts. Need some legal help I’m tired of spending 6+ hours every time I call them for them to tell me it’s handled then next bill and realizing it’s not been handled

    @rhody_special @TMobile Lmao I’ve made it to “vip tickets” with my issues. One min a rep tells me one thing and now another is telling me something else. No problem, I’m running dual sim with @ATT after unlocking my sim. Father about another day, going to make the switch. Shame on me for allowing this company to prolong this excuse of “investigating”
